Oil Batteries
This new oil battery was designed for 70 MMscfd of sales gas at 7,500 kPag, 20 MMscfd of lift gas at 8,500 kPag, 2,100 m3/d of oil, and 3,000 m3/d of water. The battery design included inlet separation, oil treating, sales gas compression, gas sweetening, and TEG dehydration.
Project Outcomes
The design of this battery leveraged vendors and package designs from another battery Cornerstone and the Client completed several years prior. This approach led to reduced engineering required from vendors, reduced clarifications, and a familiarity and ease of operation when construction was complete.
